Seimen, after a courageous battle with cancer at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday, August 19, 2008. Maria "Mary" Seimen of Aylmer in her 71st year. Beloved wife John Seimen. Dear mother of Anna Marie Wolf of St. Thomas, John Seimen and wife Cathy of Tillsonburg and Richard Seimen and wife Lorraine of Ancaster. Loving grandmother of Courtney, Jared and Johanna. Sister of Katie Theissler, Rose Ungar and husband John, Heather Theissler and husband Martin. Predeceased by a son-in-law George Wolf, a brother Georg Nasswetter and a brother-in-law John Theissler. Born in Waltersdorf Romania on September 15, 1937 daughter of the late Georg and Maria Nasswetter. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and the German Canadian Club. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday 7-9 and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where prayers will be held on Friday at 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church on Saturday, August 23, 2008 at 1:00 pm. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Rev. John Goldsworthy, officiating.
