Dear Nancilee, I was so sorry to see the notice in the paper this morning about your Mom. She was always a terrific lady whenever I had the pleasure to be around her. You may not even remember me, yet I have thought about you so many times over the years, and have hoped you are doing well. Nancilee and Bryan..........Joyce and I are saddened to learn of the loss of your mom Doris. She was a great lady. Doris was always a mother figure to all us Harris boys as we grew up....and she kept a stern watch over us boys.....after all she had a daughter to protect. I recall with fondness the many years as children, and of the early summer days when your father Bruce and your family returned to the cottage for another fun-filled summer. Your grandparents would also spend time at the cottage. As close neighbours, we had a lot of fun and good memories. You have our thoughts at this time........ Wayne and Joyce Harris
