Dear Lee Ann, Diane and Ashley,
I'm so sorry that I wasn't able to be with you today to celebrate your Mom. She was a truly beautiful person, inside and out. The Dopp family was so fortunate to have your Mom in our lives when we were growing up, especially my sister Nora. She will be forever loved and missed by all of us. Sending you love and light.

We are deeply sorry for your loss of your beautiful Mom. Pearl will be missed deeply by us and by all her friends and neighbours near her home.
Linda especially remembers her swift and strong walks and the inspiration of active living that Pearl shared with her. She will always remember learning about travel planning for England, about hiking, and hiking with nordic ski poles, too. Pearl shared with loving pride about her family. It has been a welcome sight seeing Pearl's backyard British Union Jack waving in the wind behind her home. It is there yet but quiet now. We will always remember and give thanks for Pearl. We offer you our deepest condolences and prayers for comfort. God bless you. Linda & Tom Charlton

I am shocked and saddened to hear of Pearl’s passing and my heart goes out to her family, especially daughters and grand kids. I have fond memories of weekends at the farmhouse with Ashley as a kid, and Pearl always made me feel so welcome. I recall her spoiling me and Ashley on fun trips to Masonville Mall. She had the warmest laugh and smile and never once did I hear her complain. She was always a positive person and her bright light shines on in all those that she touched.
In more recent years she always supported live music and came to many of our shows. I appreciate all the kindness and cherish the gifts she gave me as she was always thinking of others. She is already deeply missed. Love to all of her family in this difficult time.

Our deepest sympathy for Pearl's family and friends. We became friends with Pearl many years ago through our children who delighted in going to her house. They used to tell us that Pearl was fun and so nice. She sure was.
Pearl was a courageous and caring woman, who despite challenges and losses still had a smile for everyone. She was an inspiration not only for her family, but for all that knew her. She was so very proud of her daughters and delighted in being a grandma to her twin grandsons.
She was loved by so many and will be dearly missed.
Her love of the Beatles and anything British was legendary, so to quote John Lennon, "I've never been afraid of death--to me it's like getting out of one car and into another." Hope it's a MINI Pearl and you and Mike are cruising around together.

My deepest condolence to all of Pearls family and friends. What sad news of a beautiful person to be taken so young. I knew Mike since small kids as we were neighbours. I remember when Mike met Pearl in dating times and they were a very happy couple. Then came the proposal to get married. Mike and Pearl were so much in love . We were so Happy to see them get married and continue the farming life together. Pearl was always a class act with that contageous smile and positive attitude always welcoming a drop in visit to the farm house. Pearl and Mike will always be missed when I drive by the Ungar Farm stead almost daily. Now Pearl and Mike are .togther once again!

My heart goes out to Pearl's girls and your families. She was so proud of you all and I heard so much about you over the years.
I met Pearl on a plane going to Manchester England in 2006 (we were each treating ourselves to the World or Coronation Street tour for our mutual 50 birthdays). We hit it off instantly and kept it touch. We celebrated our 55th together with a return to the UK on a tour of Devon & Cornwall. On or 60th we did a week in London, with tea at The Ritz. Our 65th celebration was delayed by the pandemic so we went last fall to London (with a re-visit to The Ritz for tea and a walk across Abbey Road again) followed by a visit to Walesl We had another trip booked to England this year but sadly Pearl was not able to go (still thinking it was a temporary setback). We were tried and true Anglophiles and while miles separated us by opposite sides of Toronto we shared a mutual passion for all things British and always stayed in touch. She never forgot my birthday or Christmas - always sending thoughtful gifts. I will miss her terribly. Her sudden passing has reinforced our shared belief that you travel as often as you can while you can and don't wait.

Dear LeeAnn and Axay, Diane and Anthony, Ashley and Melvin, Kathy and families,
She certainly had the perfect name. Pearl was precious to all who knew and loved her. I didn't see a lot of her after leaving Aylmer but when our paths did cross it was like a homecoming. You were blessed with the sweetest, most loving mother and grandmother. Many of us with a friend for life.
There are no words to describe my heartbreak at this untimely loss. She deserved so much more time with Cedar and Oakley, the two little loves of her life. They brought her so much joy and she had so much more to do with them. What brings me peace is picturing Pearl with her John Lennon, dancing to those Beatles tunes or sitting in a boat on a pristine lake fishing under a bluebird sky.
Don (who remembers her fondly from the farm) and I, along with Bill and Jonathan and their wives wish to convey our very deepest condolences and love to all of you at this devastating time in your lives. We send our love and embrace all of you.
