On behalf of Cando, our deepest condolences on Steve's passing. Steve was a large part of our family here at Cando and was certainly missed when he retired a few years ago. Now, to hear his retirement was cut short is devastating to us all. Our thoughts are with all of Steve's family and friends at this most difficult time.

Our thoughts are with the Acre family at this time. Steve was a great guy and we always enjoyed family get togethers with him at Mike and Cindy's. He was a fantastic uncle to Liam and Leila, always making sure they had a supply of Smarties at all times. He will be missed by everyone.

As I sit here trying to figure out what to say I'm still in shock of this news..."BIG" Steve was more then just a friend of my parents more like an uncle to myself and my sister. When ever we could have a chance to visit with him it was always a natural conversation no matter how much time had past since the last time. Big Steve as i called him since I was little boy has always had a place in our hearts and all our lives. I know when I say this its felt by all my family he was a very large part of the Taylor family and always will be. My condolences to John and Butch and their families, Big Steve will be greatly missed and this leaves a large void in our lives, I will always cherish the new words he taught me while golfing, Thoughts and Prayers....J.Taylor

So very saddened to hear of Steve's passing. I have so very many wonderful memories of Steve. All the many visits over the years. The ride in an antique car for my 40th birthday. Weekly ride's to Timmy's for coffee's and ice caps. Trip to Branson. Mickey Gilley's bar in Branson was a fantastic memory. Never laughed so hard. All very happy and wonderful times. Always a laugh to be heard. RIP Steve.
