Allen, Elva Jean of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Monday, March 6, 2023 in her 71^st year. Beloved wife of David Allen. Dear mother of Michael Allen(Emily) and Karen Allen(Adam). Loving grandmother of Sophie and Lila. Born in Toronto, Ontario on May 23, 1952, daughter of the late Ed and Hilda (Dearsly) Larkin. Elva was a talented bass player and enjoyed sharing her music. She was a founder of the British Saloon Car Club and editor of their newsletter. She loved her 1959 pink Cadillac and will be dearly missed by her grand-dogs Gary, Macy and her cat Darryl. Visitation will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday from 6-8:00 p.m. where the funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.  Donations to the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
