I was so very sad when I heard that Cindy had gone on to her next voyage. I have been looking for my dear Old Friend since I moved back to Ontario in 2014. And was hoping to have a reunion at some point. We were best friends since meeting at Maple Lane in 1968. And went on to have many, many adventures together. From the Belgium Hall to Long Point in the summer. I spent many hours at her house on Wolfe Street, watching her cook, clean and do the wash on a wringer washer Her sister Kathy was along for many of those adventures. ( whom I now know has gone before her). That was also very sad to learn. My heartfelt condolences to her hubby, to Karen, Gary, and the rest of her extended family. Jump Cindy jump!! Oh Doug, I am so sorry to read this today. Our condolences to you...Cindy gone much too soon. We all enjoyed the annual 'Cindy's Christmas Treat tray' during the years we worked together, as well as the special order Cindy made up for us for our Son's wedding a number of years ago. I am sure there are many who would love to have one of Cindy's recipes to have them live on in her honour. I have been thinking about you a lot lately and thought I should swing by when in the neighbourhood. Stay strong and reach out to your friends and family for strength during this difficult time.
