Harms, Peter of Aylmer passed away at his residence on Thursday, June 2, 2022 in his 79^th year. Beloved husband of Mary Anne (Goertzen) Harms. Dear father of Roxanne Zacharias(Bob) of RR#1, Aylmer and the late Rhonda Harms(1999). Loving grandfather of Jordan, Faith, Chloe, and Olivia. Brother of Diedrich(Judy), John(Mary), Abram(Anita) and Isaac(Lynne). Brother-in-law of Eva Harms and predeceased by his brother Neil Harms(2021). He will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Born in Chihuahua, Mexico on December 28, 1943, son of the late Johan and Elizabeth(Reimer) Harms. Peter was a member of the E.M.M.C. at Summers Corners. He was a woodworker and operated Peter Harms Carpentry for many years. Peter was an avid golfer and loved going for hikes. He was both a Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Blue Jays fan. Peter and Mary Anne enjoyed spending their winters in Arizona.   Visitation will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Sunday 2:00-4:00pm where the funeral service will be held on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 11:00am.
