Hello to Joan's family. I had the pleasure of knowing joan because I worked at terrace lodge where joan volunteered regularly. I havent seen her since my retirement 5 years ago. I was very saddened to see the obituary in the paper. I have great admiration for Joan. Such a positive outlook and a humble caring nature. I am proud to have known her

Lucille, Lauren, and Kelly:
Sorry on the loss of your dear Mom. It was an honour to have had the opportunity to work with her and have her as a friend. I enjoyed her company in whatever we done together, working at the Tuck Shop, going out to Luncheon, or just a friendly telephone conversation. We will all miss her friendly HELLO's and her smile. RIP Joan

Dear Lucille, Lauran, Kelly and families,
Another angel gone to heaven and your mom was an angel of a lady! How much we liked and admired her; always a smile and a warm and friendly nature. My sisters and I benefitted greatly from her sewing skills, too, with your mom even making the bridesmaid dresses for my sister Diane's wedding. What lovely memories we have of her! She was a kind and gentle lady who it was a privilege and a joy to know. Deepest sympathies to you all. May all the happy memories you have of her comfort you and may it help to know friends care.
