Obituary of Marie Henderson

Henderson, (Wilson) Marie of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Friday, January 25, 2019 in her 91^st year. Beloved wife of Bill Henderson and the late James Wilson(1986). Dear mother of Mark Wilson(Cheryl), Lee Wilson, Layne “Fred” Wilson(Diana), Judy Van Ymeren and Jay Wilson. Mother-in-law of Pat Wilson. Step-mother of Ted Henderson and Terry Henderson. Loving grandmother of Scott, Lori, Jennifer, Tyler, Danielle, Darcy, Dana, Jamie, Craig and Jesse. Also survived by a number of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son Michael Wilson(2011), sister Mary Fulkerson and brothers Jack and Joe Hodgson. Born in Springfield on January 29, 1928, daughter of the late John and Myrtle (Berdan) Hodgson. Marie was Clerk of South Dorchester Township for many years. She was a member of St. John’s United Church in Springfield. Marie was well known for her quick wit and sense of humour. Friends may call at the  H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 11:00a.m. Interment, Springfield Cemetery.
