Goeckler, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday, September 4, 2011. George Edward "Ed" Goeckler of RR5, Aylmer in his 58th year. Beloved husband of Brenda (Becker) Goeckler. Loving brother of Trudy Bunde and husband Jon and uncle to Connor. Predeceased by his brother Ricky(1975). Born in St. Thomas Ontario on April 03, 1954 dear son of Gertie (Neukamm) Goeckler and the late George Goeckler(2005). Son-in-law of Doreen Becker and the late Jim Becker. Ed worked on the family tobacco farm, at Imperial tobacco for 25 years and later at Simcoe Leaf for 6 years. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 11:00 am. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
