Carrothers, at her residence on Sunday, June 26, 2011. Edna Agnes Carrothers of Chelsea Park London and formerly of Aylmer in her 88th year. Beloved wife of Blake Carrothers. Dear mother of Ron Carrothers and wife Margareth of Goderich and Lynda Elley and husband Mark of Texas. Loving grandmother of Deanna and husband Bratcher and Jeremy and wife Sarah. Greatgrandmother of Blake Runyan. Sister-in-law to Graydon Carrothers and wife Gladys, the late Wilma Gilbert, the late Grant Carrothers and the late Bob Carrothers. Born in Thorndale on December 25, 1923, daughter of the late Elmer and Pearl (Brownlee) Atkinson. Edna worked at Carnation Milk for 10 years and at the Ministry of Natural Resources for 25 years. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday 7-8 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 11:00 am. Cremation will follow.
