To the Balazs Family: I had the very great privilege of working with Alex at Oxford Community Police. When he stopped in to see us, he always had a big hug for the girls in the front office. He was certainly "One of a Kind". I have nothing but fond memories of Alex that I will cherish. Margy Dukes

We are so sorry upon hearing of your (our) loss. Our fondest memories and greatest times at the lake were with the entire Balazs family. Alex will continue to be a part of the many wonderful times yet to be experienced by us all at Debois. Dear Max and Family, It is with great sorrow that we heard about Alex this afternoon on our way north through Florida. How we wish we could be there to wrap you in warm, heartfelt hugs. Dear Maxine and Family; Received word of your loss this morning from Jim Donaldson & then Marleen Wiffen. Everyone is saddened by Alex's death. He was a wonderful guy, I didn't see him that often but each time our paths crossed his open friendly manner and effervescent personality seemed to leave the 'room' a better place.
