Longe, with his family by his side at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Wednesday, May 26, 2010. John Michael Longe of Lyons in his 69th year. Beloved husband of Doris (Anderson) Longe. Dear father of Sheri-Lin Longe (Bob Evans) of R.R.# 5 Embro, Billie-Joe Hubbard of Michigan, Michaele Thiessen (George) of Aylmer, Margaret Longe of Edmonton, Alberta, Darcy Rich (Sara) of St.Thomas, Cheryl Chicoine of Bright's Grove, Johnna Longe of Aylmer, Joanne Wood (Dave) of R.R.# 1 Belmont, and John Longe Jr. (Tammy) of Bayfield. Also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers and sisters. Born in Windsor Ontario on December 28, 1941 son of the late Clark and Margaret (Sharpe) Longe. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held on Saturday May 29, 2010 at 11:00 am. Cremation will follow.
