Obituary of Elgin Wells

Wells, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Monday March 22, 2010. Elgin Arthur Wells of St. Thomas at the age of 68 years. Dear father of Adrian Wells and wife Andrea of Kitchener, Gordon Wells and Wife Corinne of R.R.# 2, St.Thomas and Heather Wells of Waterloo. Husband of Susan Wells of Aylmer. Son of Stewart Wells of Lethbridge, Alberta and the late Hilda (Slade) Wells . Brother of Ian Wells and wife Darlene of Lethbridge, Reverend Kenneth Wells and wife Joanne of Brooks, Alberta. Also survived by a number of nieces,nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, April 24, 1941. Elgin came to the Aylmer area in 1967 and had been the Chief Librarian of Elgin County. He was a member of Trinity Anglican Church, Aylmer and a lay reader. He was also a member of the Bishop's Men and a former member of the Synod of the Diocese of Huron. Elgin was a member of Malahide Masonic Lodge # 140 AF & AM and a member of the Aylmer Shrine Club. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Trinity Anglican Church, Aylmer on Thursday March 25, 2010 at 2:30 pm . Rev.
