Barb, Carolyn Pete and Family....Your mother will live in our hearts and minds forever. I will always remember choir practice with her as well the picture of how much my Dad loved to sing, as she played the piano. We all grow old, drift apart, however special memories of our childhood live on. I was blessed to be a part of her life as well a part of Calton Community and the church. God Bless you all....Karen

To Carolyn and her family : There's magic in a Mother's touch, And sunshine in her smile. There's love in everything she does To make our lives worthwhile. We can find both hope and courage Just by looking in her eyes. Her laughter is a source of joy, Her works are warm and wise. There is a kindness and compassion To be found in her embrace, And we see the light of heaven Shining from a Mother's face. Carolyn, you and your family are in my prayers. Always, Debbie Straus

To all the family of Ruth Baxter. Sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother. I have so many memories of her from the Calton Baptist Church. At Christmas time I put up a village and included in that village is a small plastic nativity scene that she gave as a little girl as a Sunday School teacher gift and I have cherished it all these years. I'm sorry that I can't attend the funeral, but please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. If my Mom could come she would be there as well but her health won't allow her to do the things she normally would do. Her dementia has robbed her of her memory of life in Calton, which just breaks my heart. Cherish your memories as so many of us will be doing as well. Sincere Regards!...Wilma and Velma

Dear Barb and family.. One of the dearest memories I have of your mother is the Calton Men's Choir... She loved playing for them and directing them... I'm sure she is doing the same up in Heaven. Blessings

Dave, Barb, Carolyn and Peter----We have precious memories of your mom, as we think back to the days when she was our S.S. teacher, and youth leader, at the Calton Baptist Church. She gave us a beautiful family Bible as a wedding gift, and we still use it for our daily devotions. Our love and prayers are with you and your families at this time. Barry and June.
