McEown, Richard of R.R.# 4 Aylmer passed away in Malahide Township on Tuesday June 26, 2012 in his 70 th year. Beloved husband of Cynthia (Roberts) McEown. Dear father of Evangeline McEown(Dan Nelson) of St. Thomas and Glenn McEown of Thorold. Loving grandfather of Sadie. Brother of Earl, Gordon(Mary), Murray(Donna), Roy(Rose), Alvin(Cheryl), Bertha Matlack(Ken), Sarah Brazier, Darlene McEown. Predeceased by a brother Stephen and a nephew Darcy. Born in St. Thomas Ontario on October 11, 1942 son of the late Glenn and Thelma (Wiley) McEown. Richard owned and operated Aylmer Automotive Electric. He was a member of the Automotive Electrical Rebuilders Association of Canada, a member of the Studebaker Association and he enjoyed bee keeping. The funeral service will be held at St. Paul's United Church, Aylmer on Saturday June 30, 2012 at 11:00 am. with visitation one hour prior.
