Obituary of Ross Ferguson

Ferguson, at his residence on Thursday, August 28, 2008. D. Ross Ferguson at Telfer Place, Paris in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Lavena (Boughner) Ferguson. Dear father of Don Ferguson and wife Carol of Cambridge. Loved by his grandchildren Gregory Ferguson and wife Michelle of Kanata and Beth Anne Stephens and husband Craig of Kitchener. Brother of Mildred Ferguson, and Max Ferguson and wife Evelyn. Predeceased by a brother Carl Ferguson. Born in Malahide Township on April 8, 1919 son of the late Norman and Ann Elizabeth (Weir) Ferguson. Ross was a farmer, a Baptist pastor and a high school teacher. He taught at Central Elgin High School from 1964 - 1983. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. where the funeral service will be held on Saturday August 30, 2008 at 11:00 am. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
