Obituary of Mona Walker

Walker, Mona Doris of Aylmer passed away with her family by her side at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Saturday, September 5, 2015 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of Edward "Ted" Walker(2002). Dear mother of Ron Walker and wife Cathy of St.Williams and Pat Cripps of London. Loving grandmother of Allison(Ed), Jacqueline, Tyler(Jen) and Corrissa. Great grandmother of Chloe, Kassidy, Logan and Dayton. Mother-in-law of Jim Cripps. Sister-in-law of Larry Walker and wife Judy and Sharon Harris and husband John . Also survived by a sister-in-law Jean Walker and a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Ron MacPherson and Derek Foster a sister Irene Classen and mother-in-law Lola Walker. Born in Amherst, Nova Scotia on August 28, 1927, daughter of the late Hal and Dora MacPherson. Mona was a member of the Aylmer Curling Club and Pleasant Valley Golf and Country Club. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 11:00 am.
