Obituary of Donald Brown

Brown, Donald Arthur of RR4, Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday, August 3, 2015. He was 77 year old. Beloved husband of 52 years of Ella Mae (Rodgers) Brown. Dear father of David Brown of Springfield and Darlene Johnson and husband Dean of RR4, Aylmer. Loving grandfather of Ryan and Tyler. Brother of Phyllis Howey and husband Gerald, Doreen Ward and husband Jim, Harold Brown and wife Shirley, Fred Brown and wife Cathy and Sharon Brown. Brother-in-law of Bob and Jean Nicholson, Marg Rodgers and Phil Holmes. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister Bonnie Holmes and a brother-in-law Earl Rodgers. Born in Malahide Township on July 3, 1938, son of the late Les and Evelyn (Clarke) Brown. Don was a dairy farmer and a founding member of Malahide Fire Dept #2. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 6-9 p.m. and one hour prior to the funeral. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 11:00 am.
