Martens, Helena Braun of Tillsonburg passed away at Sakura House Hospice , Woodstock onWednesday July 1, 2015 in her 80th year. Beloved wife of the late Cornelius Martens (2002). Dear mother of John Reddecopp (Mary), Helen Pearson, Jake Reddecopp (Maureen), Mary Persaud (Rudy), Abe Martens (Sue), Tina DeWaele (Ron), Annie Driedger (John), Angie McKenzie (Jules), Susie Nagy (Dave), Mardi Martens (Kristina), Eliizabeth Loewen (John), John Martens (Laura) , and Jake Martens. Sister of Henry Braun (Mary), Peter Braun (Maria), Bill Braun (Nettie), Diedrich Braun (Maria) and Katharina Martens. Also survived by 44 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Predeceased by a son Cornelius , granddaughter Chelsea, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Born in Durango Mexico on May 27, 1936 , daughter of the late Johan and Elisabeth (Martens) Braun. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral service will be held at The Old Colony Mennonite Church, Tillsonburg on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at 3:00 pm. Interment, Old Colony Mennonite Cemetery, Aylmer.
