The world has lost a good man; heaven is now a bit brighter. While we now suffer the loss of David, we have nonetheless been enriched by his life among us. "Love one another as I have loved you." John 15:12. May his life of uncomplaining courage and good will inspire each of us.

I was very sad to hear of Dave's passing. I worked with Dave for a lot of years. He was a good man with a good sense of humor. Dave helped me grow in the business with all of his knowledge and his ability to keep the sales staff in line. I regret not keeping in touch with him after he retired. My prayers are with all the family.

Dear Elaine and family, Don, Judy, Cathy and Rob Please accept my sincere sympathy in the loss of your best friend, father, uncle and brother. Rick & I were sad to hear the news and I have such fond memories of quiet David with all the cousins at the gatherings of the Hobin Clan on Mitton Street, with Grandma Kathleen & Grandad Joe Hobin. We will be unable to attend on Thursday but we will be thinking of you all. I know his mother Ann will be holding him tenderly in her loving arms. Rest In Peace David.

Please accept our sincerest condolences for the loss of David. As cousins and friends we used to spend a lot of time together as young boys when we lived in Exeter, and we met up again at family gatherings over the years. I have many fond memories of David from those earlier days. He was a very good athlete, and one of the best at "kickbacks", which a group of us played with a football on the street in front of the Cowan home. All the best from Greg, Marianne and family.

Elaine, Certainly he will be missed as you know he was one of a kind. Keep your chin up and your head held high as he wouldn't want it any other way.
