Obituary of Norman F. Pearce

Pearce, Norman Francis of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Monday, April 20, 2015 in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Elizabeth "Liz" (Crookes) Pearce. Dear father of Lee Anne Hoffer of London, John Pearce (Tina) Pearce of Orwell, Gail Pearce of Chatham. Loved by his grandchildren Erin and Randy Hoffer, Katie, (Matt -2012), Nichole and Joey Pearce, Joshua and Daniel Smoke. Brother of Harold Pearce of Sarnia and Myrna Pearce of Nova Scotia. Also survived by his extended family the Flanagans. Born in Toronto on June 29, 1936, son of the late Floyd and Beatrice (Caldwell) Pearce. Norm lived in Jaffa most of his life and was a graduate of Ridgetown Agricultral School, he was a retired tobacco and fruit farmer. Norm was a member of Aylmer Ducks Unlimited and the Order of Good Cheer. He was a pilot, hunter and fisherman. Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Interment, Orwell Cemetery.
