Obituary of Max Ralf

Ralf, Max of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Saturday, April 11, 2015 in his 80th year. Beloved wife of Yvonne Ralf. Dear father of Don Ralf(Judi), Donna Horwood(Don), Dave Ralf(Kelly Bush), Dennis Ralf(Donna Hoogendoorn), Darlene Veldhuizen(Brian), Debbie Mitchell (Dave), Darrel Ralf(Lily), Darcy Ralf(Jim Chambers) and Dwayne Ralf(Lisa). Brother to Mary Hynes and husband Ray, Barbara Jean Scanlan and Dorothy Prosser. Also survived by a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by grandsons Justin Ralf and Joseph Barat, brothers Jack, Bob, Harold, Gordon, Norman, Fred, Ward, William, and Douglas and a sister Amy White. Born in Malahide Township on August 5, 1935, son of the late Herman and Bertha (Dell) Ralf. Max was a tractor mechanic. In Retirement he enjoyed refurbishing and showing John Deere Tractors. He was a member of the Elgin Historical Society. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 11:00 am. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Donations to the Cancer Society.
