Phillips, Patricia Graham of St. Thomas passed away peacefully at her home in St. Thomas on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 in her 73rd year. Dear mother of Graham Phillips and wife Sharon of London and Michelle Gregorio and husband Nelson of Bowmanville and Loving grandmother of Steven, Nicholas, Anissa, Mackenzie, Courtney. Sister of Marjorie Baxter and husband Bob of Aylmer. Born in London on October 21, 1942, daughter of the late Charles and Anita (Graham) Horton. Pat was a Past President of the Aylmer Kinette Club. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 7-9 p.m. and Saturday 12-1p.m. where a service will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 1 p.m. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Assoc. would be appreciated.
