Edna Arletta Winnington-Ingram, in her 86th year, passed away peacefully with family at her side on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at Terrace Lodge, Aylmer. Beloved wife of the late Gerald Winnington-Ingram. Dear mother of Judy Jones (Leonard) of Aylmer and Janet Alton (Ken) of Sarnia. Proud and loving grandmother of Jennifer Groot-Zevert (Mark), Robb Alton (Rose) and Scott Alton (Tammy). Great-grandmother of Graeme and Ethan Groot-Zevert, Adam, Amber, Alyssa, Rachel and Ryanne Alton. Predeceased by son-in-law Robert (Bob) Alton. Only daughter of Emerson and Alberta Johnson of Malahide Township. Edna graduated from Alma College in St. Thomas. She was employed by Drs. Beveridge and Poots for many years and ended her medical secretary career at the St. Thomas Psychiatric Hospital. Family and friends may call at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home in Aylmer where visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 14. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 15 at 2:30 p.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
