I am deeply saddened by Lori's passing. We were Great friends quite a few years back. We loved hanging out, dancing and having Fun!! She slept over at my parents house with me Many nights as she lived so far away- in Aylmer, and me in big St.Thomas! She was very kind and caring and she had a contagious laugh. As happens to a lot of friendships we slowly went our separate ways, living our own paths of life, and eventually lost touch. I will always remember her smelling her money and giving it a little smooch before she spent it, it always made me laugh! I cried when I heard she was gone. It seems so unfair and truly unreal. I saw her several years back at Walmart and we gave each other big hugs, quickly catching up on the present and both expressing how wonderful it was to see each other after so much time had passed! Both of us being busy we said Good-Bye, and carried on our way. Neither of us knew that that would be our last hug! I truly hoped we could find sometime to re-connect; but sadly time passes and that never happened! We can all do well to remember to slow down, live in the moment and make time for what matters! You never know if you will be given even one more day! She was a very Special person, and I can't imagine the hole in all of your hearts. She is now a Beautiful Angel who will watch over You All! you are in my thoughts and Prayers at ths difficult time, as you begin to grieve your incredible Loss. I hope you find Peace in knowing she touched so many people's hearts, and may she rest in Beautiful Peace. Take Care of each other! I will remember her Always! XOX
