I am very sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. My parents are Jerry & Susan O'Brien and I am one of there four children. I remember Sally so well as we visited her home many times. My Mom, just last month got out old slides to show myself and my siblings. There was a photo in there of Sally and us and it is just as I remember her. She always had a great big smile and was so kind to us as kids. Please know that your mother and your family and are in my thoughts and prayers.

To the family of the late Sally White I give my condolences. Reading of the passing of your mother brought back a lot of memories of your Dad and the boys, Barry & Jim. Tommy White was a steady influence in our family in Fingal for many years. Dad always ordered our fastball jerseys through Tommy White Sports, because he always gave Dad a great price and he backed local fastball and hockey teams, especially if it were for the kids. Tommy White was a great person and I'm sure he was pressured from his wife Sally to do good in the community sports world! As a young teenager, I remember going in to the store and searching for the very best Northern Pro hockey stick in the store. Tommy had lots of patience, as I would go through the entire rack to pick out the correct $ 1.25 stick. Looking back, I am sure he enjoyed my tactics ( as he puffed on his cigar) as he always had a smile on his face when I left Sorry for you loss, Jack R Barrett (Jackie)
