Obituary of Jim Gray

Gray, James Lawrence "Jim" of Aylmer passed away with his family by his side at London Health Science Centre-Westminster on Friday, August 1, 2014 in his 80th year. Beloved wife of 58 years of Esther (Summers) Gray. Dear father of Dannie(Sandra) of Lyons, Wayne(Sherry) of Aylmer and Kevin(Deb) of St. Thomas. Loving grandfather of Alicia, Jennifer, Jeffery and great-grandfather of Destiny and Serenity. Brother of Jean Crooker(late Carmen), Betty Waite(late LeRoy), Anna Cook(late Bob), Mary Jane Dunn(Jim), Dick(Carol), Pat(Kathy). Brother-in-law of Harold, Carl, Russell and the late Lyle Summers. Predeceased by brothers George, Jack, Paul, Michael and sisters Deanna and Lenore. Born in Aylmer on January 23, 1935, son of the late Russell and Rose (Millard) Gray. He was a welder at GM for 25 years. Jim was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 7-9 p.m. where the service will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 1:00 pm. Cremation has taken place. Interment, Orwell Cemetery.
