Obituary of Robert Bruce Adlington

Adlington, Robert Bruce a resident of Tillsonburg and formerly of Straffordville passed away with his daughters by his side Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Thursday, June 26, 2014 in his 83rd year. He was the loving husband of the late Mary Jane (Arthur) Adlington(2012). Cherished father of Lorrie Kalmikov and husband Harold of Eden and Carol Sturgeon and husband Drew of Canton, Michigan. Much loved grandpa to Ceileigh, Nicole and Courtney. Dear brother of Alice Howe, Rolph Adlington and Ross Adlington(Betty). Predeceased by sisters Bessie Dair, Annie Schneider, Mary Adlington and a brother Earl Adlington. Born in Bayham Township on October 13, 2031, son of the late late George and Edith (Garnham) Adlington. Bruce was a member of the Tillsonburg Curling Club and a Past Noble Grand of ARK Lodge # 404 I.O.O.F. and a member of Arkess Rebekah Lodge # 168. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30, 2014 at 11:00 am. Lodge Service on Sunday at 6:45 pm.
