Obituary of Jim Clayton

Clayton, Robert James "Jim" of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Sunday, June 1, 2014 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Barbara (Allen) Clayton. Dear father of Michael Clayton(Kim) of Fisherville, Daniel Clayton(Trish) of Edmonton, Thomas Clayton(Denise) of Aylmer and Kimberly Millard(Ken) of Aylmer. Brother of Shirley Gaston(the late David) and Harold Clayton(Mary) and brother-in-law of Sheila Miller. Also survived by a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Marjorie Blake, Gloria Daignault, a brother Bill Clayton. Born in Verdun, Quebec on July 26, 1932, son of the late Bernard and Emma (Rudge) Clayton. He was a member of Trinity Anglican Church. Cremation has taken place. The funeral service will be held at the Trinity Anglican Church on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
