Mauer, Kenneth Gordon of St.Thomas passed away at the St.Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Donna (Haase) Mauer. Dear father of Kimberly VanAsselt(Art) of Thamesford, Terry Johnston(Steve) of Lyons and Tanya Mauer(Mark) of London. Loved by his grandchildren Justin and Jason VanAsselt, Bradley Johnston(Stephanie), Bryan Ball. Great-grandfather of Shaylee. Brother of Joan, Betty, Brenda, Heather and Gordon. Also survived by a number of in-law, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a granddaughter Amanda Mauer-Ordinal, a son-in-law John and sister Carol. A private family funeral service was held.
