Obituary of Peter Honsinger

Honsinger; at Belvedere Heights, Parry Sound on Wednesday April 23, 2008. Peter Orwell Honsinger of McKellar in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Patricia (Arthur) Honsinger. Dear father of Charles Honsinger and wife Jeannie of St.Thomas, Brian Honsinger and wife Cathy of Aylmer, Lynn Burwell and husband Kevin of Aylmer and Pearl McRoberts of Parry Sound. Loved by his grandchildren. Brother of Ben Honsinger and his wife Lea of Aylmer, Theresa Nunn of St.Thomas and Ada Paupst of Aylmer. Predeceased by brothers, Homer, Norman and Joe Honsinger. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Born in St.Thomas Ontario on December 19, 1933 son of the late Norman and Ruby (Carter) Honsinger. Pete had worked for Truman Motors, and UAP in London and Aylmer. He retired in 1987 and moved to Parry Sound. He was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer 12:30 -3:00 pm on Monday, April 28, 2008 followed by the funeral service at 3:00 pm. The Rev Michael Wellwood, Padre to Branch # 81, Royal Canadian Legion, Aylmer will officiate. Cremation to follow and burial of ashes in Springfield Cemetery at a later date.
