Obituary of Gerald Winnington-Ingram

Winnington-Ingram, Gerald at Terrace Lodge, Aylmer on Thursday. March 1, 2012. Gerald Winnington-Ingram of Aylmer in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Edna (Johnson) Winnington-Ingram. Dear father of Judy Jones and husband Leonard of Aylmer and Janet Alton and partner Ken Maitland of Sarnia. Brother of Audrey Ozarco and Pauline Goliboski. Loved 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Predeceased by a son-in-law Bob Alton, brothers, Herb Ingram, Alex Ingram, Cecil Ingram, Foley Ingram and sisters, Vera Hatch, Pat Ferris, Marjorie Hale and Connie Hatch. Born in Malahide Township, Ontario on May 9, 1926 son of the late Charles E. and Maude (Jones) Winnington-Ingram. Gerry was a carpenter and a retired employee of the Ontario Police College. He was a member of St. Paul's United Church and a past church board member. He was a former member of East Elgin Sportsmen Club, the Aylmer Curling Club and Pleasant Valley Golf and Country Club. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held on March 3, 2012 at 12:30 pm. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Rev.
