Obituary of Madeline Summers

Summers, at her residence on March 06, 2008. Madeline Summers of Summers Corners in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Glen Summers. Dear mother of Joyce Holmes and husband Bob of Cambridge, James Summers and wife Cheryl of Aylmer and Doug Summers of Aylmer. Also survived by a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by a sister Kathryn. Born in Wingham on July 19, 1915 daughter of the late Harry and Margaret (Steeper) Lillicrap. Madeline was the manager of the East Elgin Secondary School cafeteria for twenty years. A graveside service was held at the Aylmer Cemetery on Monday, March 10, 2008 at 2:00 pm. Rev Janess Binns-Landell, officiated.
