Obituary of Phyllis Callaghan

Callaghan, Phyllis passed away peacefully at her home in Harrietsville on Thursday, October 17, 2013 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Winston "Wink" Callaghan(1993). Dear mother of Terrence Callaghan and wife Linda of RR1, Belmont and Karen Dance and husband Dave of RR2, Springfield. Loving granny of John Dance(Denise), Trisha Crinklaw(Vern) and Sheri Weesjes. Great granny of Avery and Devin Dance, Jack, Callaghan and Dana Crinklaw, Ben and Allie Weesjes. Also survived by a sister-in-law Rhea Craig(Bill). Predeceased by her brother Ed Facey, her niece Anne (Facey) Elderhorst. Born in North Dorchester Twp. on April 24, 1922, daughter of the late Nip and Shirley (Ewin) Facey. She was a faithful member of the Harrietsville-Mossley United Church, the UCW, the Donnybrook Legion #344 Seniors Group. Phyllis ran the Harrietsville Post Office for many years. She enjoyed flowers and gardening. Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Harrietsville-Mossley United Church on Monday, October 21, 2013 at 11:00 am.
