Obituary of Ray Anderson

Anderson, Ray of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Gladys (Greenwood) Anderson(2010). Dear father of Debbie Shackelton of R.R.4, Aylmer and father-in-law of Myrna Anderson of Aylmer. Brother of Hazel Hawley. Loving grandfather of James and Becky Anderson, Jay Shackelton, Wendy Walcarius and husband Kirk. Great-grandfather of Korbin. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his son Doug Anderson(1996) and son-in-law Doug Shackelton(2004). Born in Malahide Township on April 19, 1923 son of the late Bruce and Pearl (Williams) Anderson. Ray was a dairy and livestock farmer. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at 1:00 pm. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
