Obituary of Helena Giesbrecht

Giesbrecht, Helena of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 in her 84th year. Beloved wife of Jacob Giesbrecht(died Dec.25, 2012). Dear mother of Peter Giesbrecht and wife Susana of Aylmer, Anna Fehr and husband Jacob of Tillsonburg, Gerhard Giesbrecht and wife Agatha of Leamington, Aganetha Wall and husband John of Manitoba, David Giesbrecht and wife Sara of Texas, Johan Giesbrecht and wife Katharina of Aylmer, Eva Rempel and husband Jacob of Paraguay, Jacob Giesbrecht and wife Helena of Texas, Abram Giesbrecht and wife Maria of Leamington, Sara Braun and husband Abe of Aylmer, Helena Wiebe and husband Franz of Kingsville. She leaves behind 62 grandchildren and 76 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her children Katharina Rempel (1991), Bernhard Giesbrecht (1981), Helena Giesbrecht (1962) and Gerhard Giesbrecht (1949). Born in Chihuahua, Mexico on July 6, 1929, daughter of the late Gerhard and Anna (Neufeld) Dyck. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday March 9, 2013 at 2:00 pm. from the Old Colony Mennonite Church, Dingle St., Aylmer Interment, Old Colony Mennonite Cemetery.
