Taylor, peacefully at her residence on Friday, January 25, 2008. Doris Gertrude Taylor of Terrace Lodge, Aylmer in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Taylor (1992). Dear mother of Jim Taylor and wife Karmelle of Woodstock, Sharon Ross and husband Randy of St.Thomas and Douglas Taylor of Halifax, N.S. Loved by her grandchildren Alison, Kristin, Brian, Drew, and Shayne . Predeceased by brothers Jack, Del and Ted Crosby, and sisters Greta and Frances Crosby. Born in Crampton Ontario on May 25, 1916 daughter of the late Thomas and Pearl (Newell) Crosby. Doris was a longtime resident of Springfield and a member of St.John's United Church. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Wedenesday, January 30, 2008 at 11:00 am.
