Obituary of Warren Faw

Faw, Warren Wordsworth of Fairview Mennonite Home, Cambridge passed away at his residence on Monday, January 28, 2013. Warren was born at Glencolin in Malahide Township, Elgin County, the third son of Barney Faw and Grace McKenney on September 17, 1909. Warren was predeceased by his wife Reta Tremain (2004), his daughter Sylvia de Waal (2012), his brothers Eugene (2003) and Ray (1979), his sister-in-law Edna (2004), cousin/brother-in-law Dan Faw (2008) and brothers- and sisters-in-law Norman and Ella Chester, Ford and Mary Tremain, Grace Tremain and Orval Clark. He leaves behind his children - Elaine (Gordon) Sherk, Ron (Jeannette) Faw, Harold (Fern) Faw, son-in-law Herb de Waal, seven grandchildren and their spouses, three foster grandchildren and spouses, and twenty-one great-grandchildren. He is also survived by sisters-in-law Emily Faw, Alice Tremain and Jean Clark. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Trinity Cemetery on Friday, Feb. 1 at 12:00 p.m. The funeral service will follow at the Aylmer Missionary Church at 1:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held at Fairview Mennonite Home on Saturday, Feb. 2 at 2:00 p.m.Donations to the Fairview Mennonite Home, 515 Langs Dr., Cambridge N3H 5E4 or Emmanuel Bible College, 100 Fergus Ave Kitchener, ON N2A 2H2 would be appreciated.
