White, at her residence on Tuesday, January 8, 2008. Aleta Margaret White of Aylmer in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald Stewart(1960) and the late Harold A. White(1972). Dear mother-in-law of Carol McLay and husband Peter of Aylmer. Cousin of Gladys Field of St. Thomas. Loving grandmother of Lynn Pacholok, Dick White, Sally Hare and Geoff White and great-grandmother of Connor, Logan, Zachary, Andrew, Anastasia, Josh and Mackenzie. Born in St. Thomas on February 3, 1918 daughter of the late Alexander and Elizabeth (Barclay) McGugan. Aleta was an avid Duplicate Bridge Player. She enjoyed traveling and was a member of St. Paul's United Church. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2008 at 11:00 am. Interment, Elmdale Cemetery, St. Thomas.
