Our precious mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Katharine Fehr was born October 3, 1938 in Blumenfeld, Mexico, and passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013, peacefully in her 75th year. Katharine married Bishop William Fehr on May 3, 1959 in Aylmer. They lived in the Aylmer area and were blessed with 11 sons. She was predeceased by her husband Bishop William Fehr September 18, 1989. Surviving are her sons: John (Margaret) and their family; Willy (Helen) and their family; Pete (Kathy) and their son; Abe (Anita) and their family; Dave (Jackie) and their family; Isaac (Laura) and their family; Jake (Evelyn) and their family; Ben (Kyong Jin) and their daughter; Henry (Angela) and their daughter; Frank (Rose) and their family; and Dan (Tammy) and their family. Also survived by brothers and sisters Aganetha, Leonarda, John, Abram, Peter and Heinrich and their families. Predeceased by a brother Jake. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 2:00 pm. from the Old Colony Mennonite Church, Dingle Street, Aylmer.
