Obituary of Meta Boehm

Boehm, Meta Jean of Aylmer passed away at Terrace Lodge, Aylmer on Thursday December 27, 2012, in her 77th year. Beloved wife of the late Steve Boehm (2009) Boehm. Dear mother of Dan Boehm and wife Susan, of R.R.6, Aylmer, Deb Passmore and husband Leon of R.R.#2, Aylmer and Sharon Burd of West Lorne. Loving grandmother of Jessi and Anthony Boehm, Charlotte, Monica and Clayton Passmore. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Born in Hamilton, Ontario on July 9, 1936, daughter of the late Gus and Tilly (Hessler) Birger. Meta lived in Malahide and Aylmer most of her life . She was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church, a member of the German Canadian Club and for twenty years was one of "the fire call ladies" of Malahide # 1 Fire Department. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers at 6:45 pm. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 11:00 am.
