Obituary of Charles Granger

Granger, at Chateau Gardens on December 18, 2007. Charles Nelson Granger of Aylmer and formerly the first concession of Malahide Township in his 85th year.Dear brother of Anna Lemon and husband Lyle of R.R.# 1,Straffordville, Genevieve Graham and husband George of Oakville, Loyall Granger and wife Evelyn of Pt. Burwell, Helen Kennedy and husband Ray of Aylmer. Also survived by a sister-in-law Gloria Granger of St. Thomas and a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Bill Granger. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Born in Malahide Township Ontario on April 24, 1923 son of the late William and Inez (Wonnacott) Granger. Charles was a farm implement dealer at Groves End in Malahide Township. He served in the airforce during W.W.II. He was a member of Malahide Masonic Lodge #140 af & am, and a graduate of the University of Western Ontario in Social Science. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2007 at 1:00 pm. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Rev. Norman Jones, officiating.
