Charles Nelson Granger of Aylmer and formerly the first concession of Malahide Township in his 85th year.Dear brother of Anna Lemon and husband Lyle of R.R.# 1,Straffordville, Genevieve Graham and husband George of Oakville, Loyall Granger and wife Evelyn of Pt. Burwell, Helen Kennedy and husband Ray of Aylmer. Also survived by a sister-in-law Gloria Granger of St. Thomas and a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Bill Granger. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Born in Malahide Township Ontario on April 24, 1923 son of the late William and Inez (Wonnacott) Granger. Charles was a farm implement dealer at Groves End in Malahide Township. He served in the airforce during W.W.II. He was a member of Malahide Masonic Lodge #140 af & am, and a graduate of the University of Western Ontario in Social Science. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2007 at 1:00 pm. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Rev. Norman Jones, officiating.
