We were so sad to hear of the passing of Mrs. Van Gurp. Lilies of the valley, homemade soup, dill pickles, and ice cream with strawberries, all come to mind when I think of my Aunt Theresa. Knitted sweaters and hand-made dresses. An affectionate squeeze on my arm or shoulder, and a welcoming smile. Those hands that served so lovingly were God's grace and kindness to me. Though now laid to earthly rest, they will praise the One Who gave her life - for all eternity. "Well done, good and faithful servant...Enter into the joy of your Master." Matt. 25:21.
