Obituary of Agnes Chalk

Chalk, Agnes Marie of Guelph and formerly Aylmer passed away on Friday, September 14, 2012 at Guelph General Hospital, in her 92nd year. Beloved daughter of the late Norman Baker and Florence Christie (Liddle) Chalk. Sister of Ruth Hazel Newland. Predeceased by a sister Mary (Harry) Banks. Dear aunt of Carol Helmer (Bob), Marilyn Kalin (Leonard), John Banks(Sharyon), David Newland (Gayle), Katherine Platt (Larry), Anne Gilbert (Gary). Also survived by many great nieces and nephews whom she dearly loved. Agnes was an elementary school teacher in the Aylmer area and later in Peterborough. Upon her retirement from teaching she returned to live in Aylmer until moving to the Village of Riverside Glen in Guelph.
