Obituary of Michael Rochus

Rochus, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Monday, October 8, 2007. Michael Rochus of Aylmer in his 84th year. Beloved husband of the late Penny (Penhale) Rochus(2004). Dear father of Philip Rochus and wife Joanne of Komoka and loving grandfather to Brock Rochus and Angel. Brother of Irene Smith and husband Ralph. He will be sadly missed by a number of nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his son Michael Rochus(1967) and a brother Fred Rochus (2006). Born in Romania on August 24, 1924 son of the late Michael and Anna Rochus. Mike was a member of the German Canadian Club and a former member of the Aylmer Kinsmen Club. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home on Thursday October 11, 2007 at 11:00 am. Interment of ashes will follow at the Aylmer Cemetery, Rev. Ron Mohr, officiating.
