Obituary of Richard Sanders

Sanders, at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, October 11, 2011. Richard "Dick" Sanders of Avon in his 74th year. Richard passed away surrounded by loved ones after a defiant and lengthy fight with cancer. Dear father of Stephanie Sanders and husband Marc Cohen of Toronto and Michelle Sanders of London. Loving grandfather of Jadan and Zarah. Brother of William, and Russell Sanders and Helen Barnard. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Read Brown. Dear friend and neighbour of Bill Vallance. Cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at the St. Thomas Cemetery ( 67 West Ave) on Saturday, October 22 at 11:00 am. A celebration of life will be held at the Malahide Community Place, Springfield on Saturday October 22 from 1-4 p.m. Condolences can be expressed at kebbelfuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital Foundation.
