Stanton, peacefully with her son by her side at Parkwood Hospital, London on Monday, July 30, 2007. Gladys Mary Stanton of London and formerly Picton in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert Stanton(1996). Dear mother of Mark Stanton of London, David Stanton and wife Shirley of Orangeville, Paul Stanton of Vancouver, Carol Anne Noble and husband Don of Guelph and Joan Porter and husband Gus of Aylmer. Sister of Ken O'Neil and wife Wanda of Picton, George O'Neil and wife Einie of Picton, Madiene Rolston of Picton, Mary Hudgin and husband Vernon of Picton and Kathy Sine of Gilmore. Also loved by a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Born in Picton Ontario on June 12, 1918, daughter of the late Kenneth and Mary Ann (Hanley) O'Neil. Gladys was a homemaker, mother and caregiver to many. A family service will held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday August 2, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. Visitation Thursday 12 noon until servive time. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Pastor Terry Speed, officiating.
