Obituary of Edwin Harpur

Harpur, at his residence on Monday, April 16, 2007. Edwin Franklin Harpur of Port Bruce in his 82nd year. Dear father of Susan Stevens and husband Randy of London and Ken Riley of London. Also survived by a brother Ronald Harpur and wife Joan of London and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Born in London on November 2, 1925 son of the late Walter and Hilary (Balmain) Harpur. Ed enjoyed playing the piano, telling war stories and jokes and supported Ducks Unlimited for many years. The funeral service will be held at at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at 2:00 pm. Cremation will follow with interment of ashes in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Pastor Louis Bosma, officiating.
