I remember the first time I met Sara. She was this young woman who seemed to be shy and I thought she surely would break under all the pressure, but she soon learned her job well and adapted quite nicely. It never cease to amaze me that no matter how difficult a call or the day was, Sara would always leave at the end of the day with a smile and a gesture of goodwill. I was known as Mama Schram and every now and then Sara would turn and say something quite funny and I could see the sparkle in her eyes. It is a sparkle that will continue to be carried on in her son. From where I sat I could see his picture displayed on her desk, she as the loving mother she was would tell stories of him and always at the end would chuckle. Sara showed a lot of love and pride when it came to everything she touched in her life. Sara's sparkle in this world will be missed by all who loved and respected her, and her inner light will continue to burn in all our hearts forever. Keep Shining Sara, Love Mama Schram

Knowing Sara has truly been a pleasure. She was the most loving, caring and sincere person that I have ever met, she really is amazing. I have never met someone who was such a great person. She always was there for everyone else and always did whatever she could to make everyone around her happy. Every morning Sara greeted me with a smile no matter what. I will always remember her smile. My mornings won't be the same without Sara's smile. Every time the doors open in the morning I keep looking up expecting to see Sara and her smile come walking towards me, I guess though that it does because she's still in my heart and mind. I have had the pleasure of getting to know Sara over the past few years and feel truly blessed to have had the opportunity, she was one of the most loving and caring people I knew, she always had kind words to say about everybody and always kept a positive attitude no matter what difficulties life handed her. She was a great friend and a loving mother, she would always talk about her son Daniel and how much she loved him as his picture sat proudly on her desk. I will never forget the days we spent together having long talks and joking around but most of all I will always remember Sara's warm smile, everyday when I came into work she was the first person I would see as I came through the door.
